The town of Millsboro is situated in the southcentral region of Sussex County in the state of Delaware. It helps to form the Salisbury, Maryland-Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. History
The earliest European settlers within the town were primarily second-generation colonists from England who migrated north from Virginia.
